1. How do I find the map I'm looking for?

You can navigate to different sections of maps through the Shop Maps dropdown in the menu.

Maps are organized according to the following main categories:

If you can't find exactly what you're looking for, you can either contact us for help, or learn about our custom map design services.

2. What sizes of maps are available?

On each map's order page, you will find a list of the sizes available by clicking the "show more map sizes".

Generally speaking, our maps are offered in a 5 sizes: Small, Medium, Large (standard), Huge, and Mural. The specific dimensions of each map depend on the aspect ratio of that particular map.

3. What size should I order?

Several factors should be considered when deciding what size map to order:

4. What finishing options do you offer?

5. How long does it take for my map to arrive?

There are two steps involved in getting the map to your door:

1. Production.

This involves printing the map, cutting it to size, and finishing it with the desired options (lamination, frame, etc.).

2. Shipping.

Our Map Shipping page includes shipping options, rates, and expected time of delivery.

Note: You will receive a confirmation e-mail when the map has shipped out from our production facility, and it will include a tracking number.

6. Will my map be printed specifically for my order?

Yes, that is exactly how we fulfill orders. This method of printing is called "Print on Demand", which means we digitally print your map when it is ordered.

This allows us to eliminate inventory costs, but more importantly this gives us maximum flexibility to offer many different sizes and options for a particular map, and also allows us to easily customize maps for clients.

7. Can I return my map for a full refund?

Yes, with some modest limitations.

8. What method of payment may I use?

We accept two main options:

1. Major Credit or Debit Card

2. PayPal account

9. How do I know that your payment system is secure?

Our payment is entirely hosted by PayPal, the most well-known online payment company in the world.

All information will be provide will on PayPal's secure pages, so you can rest assured the transaction will be completely secure.

After your order is placed, PayPal will deliver you a confirmation e-mail.

10. Do I need a PayPal account to order?

No.

During checkout, you will reach a page titled "Choose a way to pay".

If you do not want to use a PayPal account, simply select the second option:"Pay with a debit or credit card".

11. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we can print large quantities of a map at much lower prices. Learn more about our Bulk Map Printing.

12. Who designs your maps?

All of our maps are designed in-house by our skilled cartography team.

13. Will you personalize a map with family name, business name, or other personalized title?

Absolutely.

We know how important map personalization is to creating a personalized product that you can cherish and display for years.

Furthermore, all customization is actually done manually by a skilled cartographer (rather than an automated process) so "human eyes" can insure that the map customization will be accurate, attractive, and exactly as you request.

We will also e-mail you sample images of the customization before the map goes to print, so you can confirm the appearance is just right.

14. Will you design a custom map for me?

Absolutely.

We have designed many custom maps for many clients, from individuals and families to major corporations.

15. Can I become a licensed seller of your designs?

We have an extensive network of 3rd party retailers and are always looking to expand to additional retail partners.

Please contact us with some basic information about your company and sales operation and we can discuss a future licensing partnership.

16. Can I use your designs in my own project?

Our maps have been used in many projects including documentaries, prime-time network television shows, and box office movies.

We do require that you first contact us to request permission to use our designs in any project - whether for personal use, non-profit, or commercial.
